What is a laptop skin?

A laptop skin is a protective layer designed for application on top of the laptop cover. Do you provide custom-trimmed laptop skins?

The trimming process is actually very simple and easy. Most of our customers prefer to do this personally, because you can then select which part of the design you want to focus on. By the way, each of our laptop skins come with reference lines on the backing paper to assist in the trimming process. For details, you can refer to our installation guide. If you still prefer to receive a custom-trimmed skin, simply follow these steps:

- Email your request to support@skinweaver.com, stating your User ID and preferred size.

My laptop has a logo on its cover. Can I apply your laptop skin over it?

Absolutely! You could either apply the laptop skin directly, or cut out a small window if you prefer the logo to be shown. If you don't want the logo to be shown, pick a design you like best from our Solid skin range.

How do I pay for my purchase online?

We accept payment by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. Singapore customers can also pay by interbank transfer. For details, you can refer to our payment methods page.

To pay by Paypal, simply enter your PayPal user_id and password on the PayPal checkout page. If you don't have a PayPal account, registration is easy and free at www.paypal.com.

What is the delivery time for my purchase?

We will ship your order within three working days upon receipt of payment. For deliveries to Singapore addresses, your items should arrive within 3 to 5 working days. For international deliveries, your items should arrive within 6 to 12 working days after the shipping date.

How do I care for my laptop skin?

For maximum reusability, avoid touching the sticky side during application of your laptop skin. Avoid direct contact with harsh chemicals or cleaning agents. To clean, gently wipe with damp cloth.

Can you make a custom skin for me using my own design? If so, how do I order and how much does it cost?

At the moment, our customized skin option is only available to wholesale clients with a minimum order of 20 pieces. However, we do have a lot of fantastic designs in store to beautify your laptop. I hope you can find one you like!
